Hari ni kengkononnya nak buat DETOX...TAPI X JADI DETOX...sbb tekak ni terasa nak makan prosperity burger lah pulak....aku g mind valley kengkonon nak tuju terus ke mcD...tapi setelah 2,3 kali pikir bahawasanya prosperity burger itu sungguh tinggi kalorinya...aku pun ubah fikiran dan p kennny rogers....

Oleh kerana aku dah bedal kenny rogers tadi...balik umah je dalam jam 5ptg....kebetulan semalam ada beli nenas....apa lagi...potong2 nenas dan makan nenas + minum air kosong.

Inilah dia NENAS POTONG yang masuk kedalam perut aku petang tadi...

Masa aku g mid valley tadi..laki aku telefon suruh beli ikan siakap kat ca4...so aku pun beli...bila sampai umah...dia suruh masak 3 rasa.....

Inilah dia IKAN SIAKAP TIGA RASA versi aku....siakap 3 rasa versi campak2....sedap kata laki aku...sampai kepala2 ikan ni pun dia NGAP sekali...oleh kerana ari ni aku dah makan banyak....aku ambik sikit je ikan siakap ni untuk rasa....x leh makan byk2...minyak banyak tuuuu...ehe

Balik dari opis l/kurang 11pg,  hubby aku ajak g shah alam nak tengok ikan d kedai Aquarium di sebelah tasek shah alam tu...kami makan lunch di sekyen 2 shah alam.

Sesudu tempe + tauhu goreng, 1 senduk sayur tauge, 1/2 tahu sup, dan sepotong ikan patin masak tempoyak


DINNER
Seperti biasa...aku masak untuk makan dinner...masakan ni untuk laki aku sebenarnya...oleh kerana aku malas nak masak yang lain...aku pun ngap lah sekali masakan ni...ehe...kira halalje lah walaupun byk minyak (eh...tapi kalau minyak jagung tak pe kan kengkawan...x berapa byk kalori sgt kan...kalau x silap aku lah kan...ehe)

Hari ni aku x diet...makan byk sgt dan merapu2......ari ni malas nak g keje (nasib baik kerja aku ni x payah pakai punch card).....pepagi lagi dah p low yat kl ngan kengkawan aku beli acessori komputer....pas p low yat kami jenjalan p SG.waNG PLAZA....then sambung pulak g AQUARIA KLCC......8.00pm BARU BALIK UMAH....nasib baik laki aku ni jenis sporting tahap BENTEN....memana aku nak g dia tak halang.......sampai je umah...aku seperti biasa memulakan tugas memasak utk laki aku DINNER.....

Smalam hari ke-3 3ddp musim 2....aku kantoi...9pm aku makan mee hoon sup d WHITE COFFEE.....entah kenapa lately ni asik lapar semacam je..... munkin bendera JEPUN aku x lama lagi nak naik.....sbb tu lapar kot....
Pasal berat timbangan hari ni....sangat mendukacitakan.....berat statik je tak berubah....59.8KG jugak...sama mcm yg lepas......

apepun...walaupun kantoi 3ddp siri 2....at least aku berjaya jugak abiskan detox aku 2 1/2 hari.....tahniah diucapkan kepada diri sendiri.....

Ari ni aku x buat x-cise ikut CD TBL....ari ni aku ada latihan "WAR DANCE"  bermula dari jam 4-5ptg,
b4 memulakan latihan...seawal jam 2.00ptg aku dah bersiap2 nak buat x-cise lebih awal...aku g gym kat tempat keje aku dan x-cise kat situ...x-cise yang aku buat ari ni adalah :

45minit lari tanpa henti atas treadmill

Lepas lari d treadmill....sku buat stretcing dan sambung pulak x-cise menggunakan crossTRAINER 20minit......tepat jam 4 ptg p latihan WAR DANCE.
 
Ni muka tgh puas hati sbb peluh kuar mcm air ujan...ehe

DINNER

Tom Yam Putih sayur sahaja....aku mmg request org kedai tu jgn letak minyak langsung tapi nak PEDAS GILA....ehe (dinner aku makan kat kedai ngan member aku) balik umah still kena masak utk laki aku....

1st day 3DDP (siri 2)

Hari ni hari pertama aku berdetok 3 hari dalam siri 2..cheee wahhhh DETOX pun ada berSIRI tuuuuuu...ehe. ari ni aku mulakan detox mcm siri yg pertama tapi detox kali ini aku ambil HERBALIFE PRODUCT....kalau aku tak ambik HERBALIFE ni.....maka HERBALIFE aku akan jadi TUKUN dalam kabinet dan tak tahu bila aku nak makan....masa nak beli beriya2 sgt sampai x sabar2...bila dah beli jadi malas pulak nak bancuh...ehe...itu lah dia aku...selalunya hangat2 tahi ayam....nasib baik sesi diet tak hangat2 taik ayam...ehe... so menu detox aku ubtuk ahri ini 
 adalahseperti dibawah....

Ini rupa lepas x-cise...peluh sakan...
Pada kawan2 blog sekelian....kalau korang tak sempat / x da masa  nak w/out kat luar atau ke gym///korang follow je CD ni.....malam2 pun x pe buat x-cise dalam umah....kalau anak2 n hubby nak ikut sama lagi lah bagus...lagi rasa enjoy.... pad aku CD ni mmg cukup PUAS HATI....aku gerenti kalau korang ikut CD ni sampai 6 bulan...pasti berat turun byk gila...aku yg dah biasa x-cise pun peluh sakan walaupun baru ikut level 1...ehe

Makanan yg dibolehkan masa detox dr kategori ikan, sayur, bijirin wholemeal, buah dan susu(lowfat),minyakhanya olive oil. Jd klu nk gi beli brg sila pandang yg dlm kategori tu jerr.

Tiap kali rs lapar sila amik buah @ yogurt tp jgn sampai lebih 2botol yogurt sehari
Buah2  sprt epal hijau, pear, pisang etc

Minum air sekurang2nya 10gelas sehari

Dressing salad guna olive oil+madu asli+lada hitam+sedikit garam
Ramuan salad sprt butterhead lettuce,tomato,karot, seleri, capsicum or apa2 yg korg suka

Kalau wat fruit salad,gravy pakai 0% fat yogurt

Sup sayur juga mesti rebus sahaja dgn sedikit garam + lada sulah sbgai perasa
Sayur rsnya pilih yg tk mendatangkan angin/perut kembung. ye la kita tk mkn nasi jadi pilih sayur like cendawan oyster,karot,sawi,seleri cam tu lerr. klu masukkan ikan cam tk sesuai @ kembang tekak korg kang jadi masukkan potongan tofu-sumber protein.

Kalu makan ikan bakar/stim digalakkan makan dgn ulam cicah sambal belacan so still survive ler.

Jd sbnarnya detox tkler susah sgt. Jgn terlalu strict nanti korg yg merana. Follow guideline ini yer dan Selamat Berjaya.

With this diet plan for 7 days you can lose 1 pound daily and clean out your body from all stored toxins.

1 Day - Fruit and vegetable juices

Drink fruit and vegetable juices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In order to preserve all vitamins, make the juice just before drinking.
First day of the 7 day detox diet plan you can drink all fresh and mixed juices you like; here are some useful ideas:
  • 1 grapefruit, 1 orange and 2 tbsp* of lemon juice
  • 7 tbsp (100 ml) beet and celery juice + 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 20 tbsp (300 ml) cucumber juice, 7 tbsp (100 ml) tomato juice and 1 tbsp chopped up parsley
  • 14 tbsp (200 ml) carrot juice and 7 tbsp (100 ml) apple juice
Drink about 3.2 pints (1.5 litres) of juices. You can drink mineral water and tea as much as you like, but with no sugar.
* tbsp=tablespoon (1 tbsp ~ 15 ml)


2 Day - Potat

Boil 1.65 pounds (750 g) of potatoes and divide them into 2-3 portions.
Breakfast
1 slice of bread and 3.5 ounces (100 g) of cheese
Here are a few ideas for cooking the potatoes:
  • Potato salad with onion or leeks, with lemon juice dressing
  • Mashed potatoes mixed with 4 tbsp hot milk and chopped up dill or parsley
  • Potato soup garnished with green spices and nutmeg, and 1 boiled egg

3 Day - Rice

Boil 7 ounces (200 g) rice for about 25-30 minutes in non-salted water. Strain off the rice and divide it into 5 portions. Eat 1 portion every 2 hours. If you wish you can stir up the rice with some fruit or tomato juice or fat free vegetable soup.
Drink at least 5.5 pints (2.5 litres) of mineral water, tea, coffee with no sugar.


4 Day - Fruits

Breakfast
1 slice of bread or 2 dietetic rusks, 3.5 ounces (100 g) of cheese, 1 apple or pear.
For the rest of the day eat only fruits about 2.5 - 3.5 pounds (1 - 1.5 kg). You can make a fruit salad and garnish it with lemon juice.
You can eat all kinds of fruits except for bananas.
Drink at least 4.5 pints (2 litres) of mineral water, tea, coffee with no sugar.


5 Day - Macaroni

Boil 5.3 ounces (150 g) macaroni for about 10 minutes in salted water. Strain off the macaroni and divide them into 3-4 portions.
Breakfast
1 slice of bread, 1 tsp* of butter, 1 boiled egg.
For the rest of the day eat only the macaroni.
Here are some ideas how to vary the macaroni portions:
  • Mix the macaroni with 2 tbsp of parsley or dill and 1 ounce (30 g) grated cheese
  • Mix the macaroni with 1.05 pints (500ml) ready-cooked vegetable soup and 1 tsp chopped onion
  • Mix the macaroni with 1 chopped up tomato, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tbsp apple vinegar and 1 tsp of parsley
You can drink 4.5 pints (2 litres) of mineral water, tea, coffee with no sugar.
* tsp=teaspoon (1 tsp ~ 5 ml)

6 Day - Vegetables

Breakfast
1 slice of bread or 2 dietetic rusks, 1 tsp of butter, 1 boiled egg.
For the rest of the day eat about 2 pounds (1 kg) of vegetables - half fresh and the other half stewed.
Here are some ideas how to cook the vegetables:
  • Stew 8.5 ounces (250g) cauliflower and 8.5 ounces (250 g) cabbage
  • Prepare all kinds of mixed salads with the fresh vegetables with lemon dressing or apple vinegar
  • Eat 1 boiled egg or 1.7 ounces (50 g) cheese with one of the portions
You can drink 4.5 - 5.5 pints (2 - 2.5 litres) of mineral water, tea, coffee with no sugar.

7 Day - Meat

Breakfast
1 slice of bread, 1 tsp of butter, 1 oz (30 g) cheese, 1 tomato, a few slices of onion.
Lunch
3.5 ounces (100 g) roasted veal,
4.5 ounces (120 g) boiled potatoes mixed with 1 tbsp vegetable oil
and 2 tbsp of parsley.
Dinner
3.5 ounces (100 g) green salad, 3 tomatos, 1 small onion, 3.5 ounces (100 g) boiled vegetable marrows, 3.5 ounces (100 g) boiled or roasted fish, 1 slice of rye or wholemeal bread.
You can drink about 4.5 pints (2 litres) of mineral water or tea with no sugar.
